Real Time premieres Un VIP in Convento, a new factual entertainment special featuring Mariana D’Amico, star of Casa a Prima Vista, on Wednesday, November 4, in prime time. The programme will also be available on discovery+.
Set at the Monastery of Sant’Anna in Bastia Umbra, the special follows D’Amico as she spends three days living alongside the nuns featured in Food Network’s La Cucina delle Monache.

Leaving behind her busy real estate career, D’Amico embraces a slower pace of life, joining Mother Noemi, the abbess, and Sisters Myriam, Debora and Eleonora in their daily routines, including prayer, gardening, cooking and community work.
The experience offers an intimate look at monastic life, with the nuns sharing personal stories and explaining the paths that led them to religious life. D’Amico also opens up about her own experiences, reflecting on growing up with a strong mother and balancing her professional career with raising two teenage children.

Created, written and directed by Tiziana Martinengo, Un VIP in Convento is produced by Milano Produzioni.
