Narativ Media has been appointed distributor of MEGA Chile’s premium scripted content across Asia-Pacific (APAC), Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Africa, expanding the international reach of one of Latin America’s established fiction producers. Under the agreement, Narativ will oversee sales, market positioning and partner engagement across the territories, connecting MEGA’s dramas with broadcasters, platforms and emerging distribution opportunities.
The initial catalogue comprises four dramas spanning family sagas, melodrama, romantic comedy and multigenerational storytelling. Los Casablanca follows a powerful family dynasty with interests in wine, horses and real estate. The series established itself as a leader in Chilean prime time. In El Jardín de Olivia, an occupational therapist infiltrates a wealthy family to investigate her mother’s death, but develops an unexpected bond with a young autistic girl and her father. Blending romance, mystery and contemporary social themes, the drama launched at the top of its time slot in Chile. Aguas de Oro combines romantic comedy and magical realism in a mountain town transformed by springs believed to hold the secret of eternal youth. The series became Chile’s most-watched television format upon its 2025 debut under the country’s new audience measurement system. Completing the slate, Al Sur del Corazón is a multigenerational family drama set in rural southern Chile.
The appointment will be presented to international buyers at MIPCOM in Cannes, where selected MEGA titles will feature in Narativ’s premium scripted discussions. Additional titles from MEGA’s fiction catalogue will be introduced across Narativ’s territories in phases. “At Narativ, we are building our catalogue with intent: a select collection of premium titles chosen for the strength of their storytelling, production values and ability to travel. MEGA’s dramas bring distinctive Latin American voices together with genuine audience appeal. We are proud to take this slate into new markets, beginning on the Croisette at MIPCOM,” said Manjyot Sandhu, Ceo & Co-Founder, Narativ Media.
