ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE has appointed Ingrid Heisserer as its new Group Chief Financial Officer, with the executive set to join the company’s Executive Board on February 1, 2027. Heisserer will succeed Bob Rajan, who has served as Interim Group CFO since October 2025 and will remain in the position until she takes over next year.
Bringing more than two decades of senior finance experience across the consumer goods and media sectors, Heisserer most recently served as CFO and Chief Human Resources Officer of RTL Deutschland. Her German-French background and international career are also expected to bring a broader European perspective to ProSiebenSat.1 as MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE, the company’s largest investor, continues to pursue its vision of a pan-European media alliance.

Giordani also thanked Rajan for his contribution during the interim period: "I also want to take a moment to thank Bob Rajan.
