Righini joins the team led by Gian Paolo Tagliavia, Group’s Executive Vice President of TV, Digital, and Talent, and will manage the development strategy and production of television projects and new formats for digital platforms, focusing particularly on unscripted content. Colorado's expansion is part of Rainbow’s overall strategy, conceived and led by Iginio Straffi, Founder and Chairman of the Group, and aimed at further developing a venture that has now become a leading player in Italy and internationally.

A manager and creative director with over thirty years of experience in television entertainment, Massimo Righini has built a career that combines editorial content creation, format development, and creative and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has contribute, in roles as a writer, editorial supervisor, and creative producer, to the production of over 80 television programs and the adaptation of international formats for the Italian market.
He has collaborated with major production companies and broadcasters, including Mediaset, Endemol Shine, Fascino, Magnolia, and Banijay, working on projects for Rai, Discovery, and Sky. Among the programs to which he has contributed are Il Collegio, Matrimonio a prima vista, Bake Off Italia, La Talpa, Guess My Age, and Camionisti in trattoria.
Among the productions created by his division during the time he spent at Casta Diva are La porta magica for Rai 2, Holiday Crush for Prime Video, and Come una volta – Un amore da favola for Discovery Plus.
