Balich Wonder Studio (BWS), part of Banijay Live, has confirmed the departure of Stefano Core from his role as Chief Executive Officer. Core joined the company in 2019 and has played a key role in shaping the live events business’ growth strategy, overseeing operations and strengthening managerial stability, with a particular focus on expanding its footprint in the Middle East.

Working alongside Creative Director Marco Balich and the wider management team, Core also helped lead the company through Banijay Entertainment’s acquisition of Balich Wonder Studio in 2023 and its subsequent integration into the group. During his tenure, BWS delivered a series of high-profile, world-leading live events and experiences across multiple territories.

Commenting on the news, a Balich Wonder Studio (part of Banijay Live) spokesperson said: “The leadership team at BWS would like to extend its thanks to Stefano for the significant contribution he made to the business during his seven-year tenure. The business was acquired, developed and scaled under his leadership, preparing it for its onward growth trajectory.
