Glance, the TV and video market intelligence company, has announced two senior leadership appointments aimed at supporting its long-term strategic plan and reinforcing its operational structure.

Florent Carême has been appointed Vice President of Operations, overseeing the Research, Partnerships, IT and Sales Administration teams. Candice Alessandra has been named Head of Research and Client Experience, with responsibility for leading all international research teams based in Paris and London. Carême will report to Frédéric Vaulpré, Senior Vice President, while Alessandra will report to Carême and, as part of her new role, will also join the Glance Board of Directors.

The appointments introduce a new organisational structure designed to enhance collaboration across core functions and streamline decision-making as Glance advances its 2028 strategic plan. The shift moves the company away from a product-by-product approach, placing a stronger emphasis on delivering a unified and enhanced client experience.

In his new role, Carême will focus on ensuring seamless data processing integration to deliver a simplified and efficient client experience across all Glance tools. His remit also includes developing future services that integrate an expanding range of harmonised linear and non-linear datasets, while strengthening internal workflows and client interfaces in the context of AI-driven innovation.

In her new position, Alessandra will oversee all international research teams across the company.

The leadership changes follow a period of significant transformation for Glance’s research operations, which introduced major enhancements to offerings, deliverables and production processes throughout 2025, with further developments planned for the year ahead.
