Gloria is a series based on the novel Vorrei vedere (tr: I Would like to see you) written by Roberto Proia, produced by Eagle Pictures, Rai Fiction and directed by Fausto Brizzi. The story is focused on Gloria Grandi, a great and unforgettable diva of Italian cinema, convinced that her talent is wasted on television serials. She wants to return to Cinema with a capital C and thinks - or rather, knows - that once she has left TV she will once again become a star on the big screen.
