This evening, on Tuesday, May 23 an extraordinary music event called Al Bano 4 Times 20 airs on Canale 5 on prime time, to celebrate the Italian songwriter’s 80th birthday.
On the stage of the Arena di Verona, Al Bano will be joined by many great guests and friends who have shared important moments of his story since the beginning: the list includes Gianni Morandi, Renato Zero – who will also make a special gift to Al Bano - Umberto Tozzi, I Ricchi e Poveri, Arisa and Iva Zanicchi.
At his side there will also be Romina Power, celebrating the uniqueness of the artistic partnership that belongs to the collective experience and imagination. And, for the first time all together, their children will be on stage to celebrate such an important milestone: Yari, Cristél, Romina, Jasmine and Albano Jr.
Accompanied by the orchestra conducted by Maestro Alterisio Paoletti, Al Bano will retrace his more than 50-year-long career: the tracklist includes a lot of his greatest hits, such as "Felicità," "Nel sole," "Sharazan," "Mattino," "Ci sarà," "È la mia vita" and "Nostalgia Canaglia", that he will sing along with the entire audience.
