Onza has delivered a solid performance with the premiere of its new documentary series “Vulnerables” (2x50’), which debuted on Atresmedia’s La Sexta during Easter.
The launch attracted 2.7 million unique viewers and reached a peak audience of 452,000, ranking as the second most-watched content of the day on the channel, excluding news.
“Vulnerables” offers a compelling and in-depth exploration of the growing mental health crisis among teenagers and young adults. Through real-life testimonies and expert insights, the series examines the causes and consequences of a phenomenon that already affects four in ten adolescents.
Filmed across multiple territories—including Spain, the UK, Finland, the US and Mexico—the documentary combines a global perspective with deeply personal stories. It tackles critical issues such as eating disorders, self-harm, sexual violence and suicide, while also shedding light on potential paths to recovery.
The strong debut underscores increasing audience demand for impactful and socially relevant programming, positioning “Vulnerables” as a timely and powerful addition to the factual landscape.
