FOX Entertainment Global announced that former PBS Distribution Sabrina Hall Aguirre has joined the company as Content Sales Director for Latin America. Based in Miami, Aguirre reports to Cyrus Farrokh, Vice President of Sales for the U.S. and Latin America, and works closely with Matt Hanna, Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas, who oversees the company’s operations in both North and South America.
In her new role, Aguirre will execute FOX Entertainment Global’s content licensing strategy and sales operations across Latin America, with a focus on expanding the company’s market presence and driving sustainable growth. She will lead negotiations for high-value content deals across multiple platforms, including broadcast, cable, SVOD, and AVOD, maximizing the long-term value of FOX’s vast global content library.
“FOX has built a strong foundation in Latin America, and we are deepening our on-the-ground presence,” said Farrokh. “Sabrina’s appointment reinforces our direct commitment to the region, working hand-in-hand with local partners, developing premium content—scripted, entertainment, and digital—and connecting with audiences across all platforms.”
As part of FOX Entertainment Global’s broader growth strategy in Latin America, the company is increasing its investment in unscripted content and format sales, alongside new initiatives in creator-led content and vertical and short-form programming designed to adapt to changing audience habits and platform demands.
