ITV Studios and Talpa Studios announces that its sizzling Murder Mystery format A Party To Die For has landed its first international commission in France, titled Murder Party au Musée, produced by ITV Studios France to air on M6. Simultaneously, SBS6 in The Netherlands has ordered a second season of the show following the successes of the debut episode in 2023 and its first season in 2024, which doubled SBS6 primetime average.

The French adaptation, currently in production at the renowned Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle based in Paris, is set to become an event show, hosted by iconic French actor Francis Huster. The show will see celebrities coming together at the museum, but the cheerful gathering takes a dramatic turn when a (fictional) murder is committed - a crime that was, of course, carried out by one of the guests. Each celebrity then becomes a suspect and must face a series of challenges — solo, in pairs, or in teams — to uncover the killer. Clues and revelations are collected along the way, all within the closed setting of the story.
