FormatBiz | Inter Medya's Series Deception Receives Four Nominations in Latina America

The Turkish series Deception, produced by TIMS&B Productions and distributed internationally by Inter Medya, has received four nominations at the prestigious Produ Awards, one of Latin America's top accolades.
The series, which began its Latin American broadcast journey on Chilevision in Chile, is nominated in the Best Non-Spanish Language Telenovela category.

Vahide Perçin, who won Best Actress at the 2020 Produ Awards for Bitter Lands, is now nominated again for her role as Güzide Yenersoy in Deception in the Best Actress in a Foreign Language category.

Additionally, seasoned actors Mustafa Uğurlu and Ercan Kesal have both earned nominations in the Best Non-Spanish Speaking Actor category for their roles in the series.

The Produ Awards Gala will take place on October 30-31, featuring a 50-hour virtual broadcast. Following this, a special two-hour broadcast will be aired in Latin America, the US, and Spain. The in-person industry gala for the Produ Awards will be held during MIPCANCUN, which is scheduled to take place in Mexico from November 19-22, 2024, with the participation of numerous industry professionals.
