Exploring Roman Flavors with Ruben at the Market
Food Network launches the cookery show Cucina al mecato con Ruben (tr. Cooking at the Market with Ruben) on Sunday, May 26 at 3pm.

The series (8x30') features Ruben Bondì, a cook and creator born in '97 who became a social media star during the lockdown, cooking from his terrace.

In each episode Ruben, who is one of the foremost experts in kosher cuisine in Italy, blending the flavors of Roman and Jewish traditions, creates tasty and original recipes.

In this new program, he will move from his terrace – now the most famous on the web – to the Testaccio market and the Montagnola market in Rome. It is from these markets, after selecting products from the stalls, that Ruben cookes his recipes.
