The King of S. Michele prison returns with a second season, available exclusively on Sky from April 12th and streaming on NOW.
Produced by Sky Studios, with The Apartment and Wildside (Fremantle) the prison drama sees Luca Zingaretti reprising his role as Bruno Testori, the prison director, imprisoned in his own carcel. The drama in eight episodes is directed by Giuseppe Gagliardi, written by Peppe Fiore, Alessandro Fabbri, and Federico Gnesini. The cast also includes Isabella Ragonese, Anna Bonaiuto, Laura Lombardo, Barbora Bobulova, and others. The plot follows Testori as he investigates the murder of an employee of a flagship energy company, uncovering an intrigue involving the secret services. The series will be available in all countries where Sky is present, internationally distributed by Fremantle.
