Brilliant return for classic quiz show Il Pranzo è servito on Rai 1 on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 2pm.
The new version of the quiz aired on Canale 5 from 1982 to 1992, and on Rete 4 from 1992 to 1993, created by icon TV guru Corrado, premiered with an audience share of 15% and almost 2mln viewers.
The show presented by Flavio Insinna and Ginevra Pisani (L'Eredità), sees two participants competing in a classic quiz, practical challenges and three final questions.
The object of the game is to complete a table representing the five traditional Italian lunch dishes: first course, second course, cheese, dessert and fruit. Each correct answer or successful challenge allows the competitors to spin a wheel which represents the five dishes, to which are added a Joker which allows to win a dish of the candidate's choice, and a "diet" box which, on the contrary, does not bring anything to the participants.
The show is produced by Corima Produzioni in collaboration with Rai and it's distributed internationally by Corima.
