Prime Video used its "Prime Video Presents Italia 2026" event in Rome to unveil an expanded slate of new films, series and original shows, marking ten years of the streaming service in Italy. Over the past decade, the platform has grown from its earliest local productions into one of Europe's richest catalogues of Italian originals, built on partnerships with the country's leading creative players.
Alongside the new titles, Prime Video also gave updates on a number of highly anticipated previously announced productions, and confirmed exclusive live coverage of the best Wednesday Champions League match through the 2030-31 season, plus a new ten-year NBA deal covering regular-season games, the NBA Cup, the Play-In Tournament, the first two rounds of the playoffs, a Conference Finals series every year, and the NBA Finals in five of the next ten seasons.
The event drew a wide roster of talent from Prime Video's Italian stable, including Alessandro Borghi, Sabrina Impacciatore, Alessandra Mastronardi, Alessandra Marcuzzi, Michele Morrone, Greta Scarano, Diana Del Bufalo and Giacomo Gianniotti, among many others.

Several established unscripted formats are returning for new seasons. The Traitors Italia and The 50 both come back for second seasons, while the comedy format Pesci Piccoli returns for a third. Also confirmed are second seasons of Roast in Peace and a LOL Halloween Special, an extension of the platform's comedy franchise built around Italian comedians.

Produced by Lotus Production (Leone Film Group) for Amazon MGM Studios, it's due on Prime Video worldwide in 2027.

Also confirmed for later delivery is Super Market, among the previously announced titles receiving fresh updates at the event.
