Tutto l’Amore che resta: An Intense Drama Based on the French Series Lycée Toulouse-Lautrec
On Wednesday evening in Riccione, the Italian Global Series Festival (Rimini-Riccione July 3-11, 2026), hosted a long and meaningful night dedicated to new Italian scripted projects, moving from crime storytelling to period drama and finally to one of the most emotional presentations of the evening: Tutto l’Amore che resta.

The night opened at the Arena with the award ceremony of the Pitch Crime competition, won by Eliofilm, which received the €20,000 prize for Kanun, a six-episode crime series. The project follows a young second-generation Italian who discovers he is the heir of a powerful and feared Albanian mafia boss. The title refers to the Kanun, the ancient Albanian oral code of law based on honour, the given word and blood feud, offering a strong narrative framework for a story about identity, family legacy and criminal inheritance.

The evening continued with the presentation of Una Finestra Vista Lago, a period drama based on the stories of Andrea Vitali and directed by Marco Pontecorvo. The series stars Antonio Folletto, Giulia D’Aloia and Domenico Centamore, and brings to the screen a world rooted in memory, atmosphere and a strong sense of place.

The most intense moment came with the presentation of Tutto l’Amore che resta, based on the French scripted format Lycée Toulouse-Lautrec, created by Fanny Riedberger. The Italian adaptation is produced by Nicola De Angelis for Fabula and directed by Andrea Rebuzzi.

Set in a high school attended by students with disabilities, the series develops as a powerful and emotional teen drama where friendship, love, fragility, prejudice and personal growth intersect. Through the lives of its young protagonists, Tutto l’Amore che resta addresses major themes such as inclusion, diversity and the right to be seen beyond labels, bringing to the screen a story that is both socially relevant and deeply human.

On stage in Riccione, protagonists Chiara Bordi and Federica Pagliaroli, together with director Andrea Rebuzzi, shared the spirit of the project, underlining its emotional strength and the importance of telling stories that give space to voices and experiences still too rarely represented in mainstream fiction.
