Radial Entertainment has tapped Carrie Ferman as Chief Operating Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company accelerates its international growth strategy and infrastructure expansion. The announcement was made at the StreamTV Show in Denver, where Radial CEO Jeff Shultz highlighted Ferman’s appointment as a key step in completing the company’s operational leadership structure. He noted her extensive experience in operations, supply chain management and M&A integration as directly aligned with Radial’s global ambitions.

Ferman joins the company after serving as Executive Vice President of Business Strategy and Operations at Sony Pictures Television, where she spent 12 years overseeing strategy, operations, business development, transformation initiatives and digital content distribution. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing Radial’s operational growth across content distribution, technology and core business functions, as well as leading the integration of acquisitions into the company’s platform. She will also coordinate cross-functional efforts to scale Radial’s catalogue of more than 70,000 titles across FAST, AVOD, SVOD and TVOD platforms in over 50 international markets.

Her experience running operations, supply chain, and M&A integration at Sony at the level she did is a direct match for where Radial is headed.
