Spanish animation company Ánima Kitchent has launched preschool IP Tippi T-Rex in China through a major multi-platform digital rollout and a strategic consumer products agreement with 24 Bridges, a subsidiary of Beijing-based Bridges Culture Transmission. The launch follows a previously announced deal granting 24 Bridges exclusive Chinese rights to 52 five-minute episodes of the 2D animated series, alongside four songs and 14 shorts. The agreement was brokered by GoldBee.

Tippi T-Rex officially premiered in China in late April, with the first eight episodes rolling out as part of an initial 26 x 5’ package. Two new episodes are being released weekly across a broad network of digital platforms including Youku, Tencent, iQIYI, Sohu, Xiaomi, Huawei and TCL, among others. The distribution strategy combines free sampling with subscription-based access.
Following the successful registration of the Tippi T-Rex trademark in China, 24 Bridges has also been appointed master licensee for consumer products in the territory. The initial three-year agreement covers fast-to-market categories including food & beverage, publishing and plush, while also extending into live entertainment, gaming apps, theme parks and promotional activities. Key categories will additionally include toys, luggage, tableware and everyday consumer products.

The Chinese rollout reflects Ánima Kitchent’s digital-first and data-driven strategy for the preschool brand. Originally launched through short-form testing on YouTube, Tippi T-Rex has since expanded into a 26 x 5’ series, with an additional 26 episodes currently in production in partnership with Mocca Studio.
Set in a prehistoric world inhabited by dinosaurs instead of humans, “Tippi T-Rex” follows the adventures of an imaginative and curious four-year-old T-Rex who transforms everyday situations into playful learning experiences alongside her family and friends.
