Blink49 Studios has entered into a new joint venture with Yuk Yuk’s, one of Canada’s most iconic and standing comedy brands, to develop and produce a broad slate of live and digital comedy projects. The partnership brings together two players with complementary strengths, combining Blink49’s production expertise and global reach with Yuk Yuk’s deep-rooted presence in the Canadian comedy scene.

For nearly five decades, Yuk Yuk’s has played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s comedy landscape, launching and nurturing the careers of leading comedians while building a nationwide network of clubs and audiences. The new collaboration aims to build on that legacy by creating a pipeline of projects that connects live performance with digital storytelling. Under the agreement, the joint venture will focus on producing live stand-up “pop-up” events across Canada, alongside the development of original digital and online comedy content. Blink49 Studios will act as the studio partner across all projects.
