Format

Sera Film’s word-based game show Think has been optioned in Spain, marking the latest international step for the long-running format originally launched in Turkey in 2009. The format, which has exceeded 3,750 episodes across multiple broadcasters, is based on a simple gameplay: contestants guess words from their definitions within a limited time to achieve the highest score. Its production model allows up to four episodes to be recorded per day, supporting cost efficiency and strip programming.

The Spanish option follows a series of international adaptations that have delivered consistent results. In Romania, where the show launched on Kanal D in 2022, Think debuted with 710,000 viewers and a 13.5% share, ranking second in its slot before moving to first place nationwide by its fifth episode. The format has since aired more than 350 episodes and has been renewed for a sixth season.

The show has also aired in Slovakia, with a total of 310 episodes across two runs, and in a Kurdish-language version with 300 episodes. In Poland, it contributed to doubling the channel’s market share in its time slot.
Over the years, Think has received several awards in the “Best Quiz Show” category and has been recognised by language institutions in Turkey and Romania for promoting correct language use.
