ATS has appointed Inés Serrano as its new Head of Development, signalling a decisive push into original formats and co-productions. Serrano steps into the role with nearly two decades of experience across London, Los Angeles, and Madrid, specialising in both scripted and unscripted genres for major broadcasters and networks.

In her new post, Serrano will lead the company’s creative engine, ensuring ATS consistently delivers the kind of bold, high-stakes entertainment buyers are actively looking for.

Her appointment comes at a moment of growth for ATS, as the company expands its original catalogue while continuing to deliver large-scale entertainment projects and international productions.
