Satisfaction Iberia will produce La Conexión for La 1 (RTVE), the adaptation of the Dutch game show ‘The Connection’. This is the first international version of the format and also the production company's first commission, barely five months after its launch.
The show will be hosted by Lara Álvarez. This will be the first time she has been involved in a project for TVE, which she joins after finishing her time at Mediaset España. Lara has extensive experience in different television genres.
The Connection' has a unique premise: the answers of all the rounds are connected and lead to a single answer, the “Final Connection”, which is revealed in an iconic final round. It is the first game show on television with a set that combines physical elements with augmented reality, a scenographic resource that plays an active role in the development of the game show.
The Connection', which premiered in 2022 in prime time on NPO1, the main channel of the Dutch public corporation, has achieved excellent audience figures in three seasons among very cross-cutting targets. It is an original Medialane format distributed by All Right Media.
