The show in 4 episodes of 35' is hosted by TV personality Chiara Carcano and chef Federico Fusca. They travel across the country with the aim to challenge restaurateurs. The battle between them is to produce zero waste in the kitchen. Each restaurant will be provided with a box of ingredients, which must be used to create a recipe; each contestant can eliminate or replace only one ingredient.
