Positioned strategically amidst Brussels, Paris, London, and Amsterdam, Lille, France, along with its renowned festival SERIES MANIA, pulsates as the epicenter of the global series industry.

During this morning's press conference in Lille, SERIES MANIA's Managing Director Laurence Herszberg and Artistic Director Frédéric Lavigne unveiled details of the upcoming edition of the festival, following addresses by representatives from the Haut-de-France Region, the City of Lille, and the CNC.

Under the guidance of French-American director and screenwriter Zal Batmanglij (known for "A Murder at the End of the World" and "The OA"), the International Competition jury will feature German actor Malick Bauer ("Sam: A Saxon"), French-Argentinian actress Bérénice Béjo, French-Swedish director Charlotte Brändström ("The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power"), and French actor and producer Sofiane Zermani ("The Wages of Fear," "Spirit of Ecstasy").

Leading the Panorama jury will be American writer Douglas Kennedy, accompanied by French actress Suzy Bemba ("L'Opéra," "Poor Things"), South Korean producer Hojin Kwon (SBS Media Group), French screenwriter Clémence Madeleine-Perdrillat ("Drops of God," "Irresistible"), and Israeli producer Danna Stern ("In Transit Production").

Representing 21 countries, the 2024 selection encompasses Europe, the U.S., Australia, Canada, Taiwan, the Czech Republic, South Africa, New Zealand, and Latvia.
