Rai 1 recorded 3.8mln viewers with the new detective drama The Fenoglio Method
Rai 1 launched a new detective drama Il metodo Fenoglio (Tr. The Fenoglio Method) on Monday 27 November. Based on the novels by Gianrico Carofiglio, the series follows
Pietro Fenoglio (Alessio Boni) as he fights crime in Bari in the 1992. The piedmontese (a person from the North of Italy) finds himself in Southern Italy fighting against the mafia in a time of terror, that has culminated in the attack of Theatre Petruzzelli.
Produced by Clemart, Rai Fiction, and Beta Film, the eight-part series achieved 3.8mln viewers with an audience share of 20.8% vs Grande Fratello that recorded 2.8mln and audience share of 21.2%.
The second episode on Monday, December 4, dropped to 3.07mln viewers with an audience share of 16.8%.
