The series in three episodes follow the daily routine of the family Taffo and tells the story behind the scenes of one of the most famous funeral service company in Italy.
Between calls in the middle of the night, difficult decisions to make and heated discussions between employees, "This Box is not a hotel" tells the professional story of Luciano Taffo, the owner of Taffo Funeral Services, an entrepreneur in the funeral sector who has been working in the funeral sector for over 45 years. Known as "the emperor" he offers an empeccable service as the funeral is a "can't be replied ".
The whole Taffo family contributes also to carry a new service for family's pets led by Luana, Luciano's wife, responsible for the pet cremation sector, who is empathetic and affectionate towards customers.
