Sky Cinema is about to launch A Good Person, a Sky Original movie written and directed by Golden Globe nominee Zach Braff. The drama feature will be available in Italy exclusively on Sky Cinema and streaming on NOW from May 30th, 2023.
Allison (portrayed by Florence Pugh) is a young woman with a bright future ahead: she has a wonderful boyfriend, a thriving career, and supportive family and friends. But her world falls apart when she survives a terrible accident and leaves rehab with an opioid addiction and unresolved grief. In the years that follow, it is the unlikely friendship she forms with her potential father-in-law (played by Morgan Freeman) that will give her a chance to get her life back on track and move on.
A Good Person marks actor-director Zach Braff's fourth movie, featuring an extraordinary cast which includes Oscar nominee Florence Pugh, one of the most exciting British actresses of her generation, and acting legend and Oscar winner Morgan Freeman, along with Molly Shannon, Chinaza Uche, Celeste O'Connor. Cinematography is by Academy Award winner Mauro Fiore. The film is produced by Killer Films, Elevation Films, Zach Braff and Florence Pugh.
