Mediaset is battling against copyright infringement since the beginning of the platforms arrival. In particular, the Italian Group managed to win vs Yahoo Italy guilty of having published contents without Mediaset'authorization.
The Court finally admitted that the platform was not free to publish and transmit programs and footage stolen from Medisaet' shows like Amici or animation series Kilari.
