After Pazzi di Napoli and Pazzi di Roma, Barbara Foria and Fabio Esposito are back together for a new stop in their journey through the flavours and culinary traditions of Italy.

Over the years, Esposito has also become one of the channel’s most recognisable faces, fronting a number of food-related productions including Pazzi di Pizza, Pazzi di Pizza – Sicilia, TV podcast Foodcast, cooking quiz Food Games and Dolci di Notte.

Their latest adventure, Pazzi di Bari, takes the duo to the capital of Puglia to explore the city’s most authentic gastronomic heritage. In each episode, a local family from Bari will guide Foria and Esposito through three different culinary stops, introducing them to traditional dishes, ingredients and places closely connected to the city’s food culture. At the end of the day, the hosts will join the family around the dinner table, turning each episode into both a gastronomic journey and an opportunity to discover Bari through the people who keep its culinary traditions alive.
