Banijay Entertainment and Vinted Launch Pan-European Lifestyle Format Live Better for Less
Banijay Entertainment is teaming up with Vinted and WPP Media for Live Better for Less, a new pan-European branded lifestyle entertainment format set to launch simultaneously across seven territories in September 2026.
Produced by Banijay UK’s Electric Robin, the series is positioned as an internationally scalable branded entertainment project combining lifestyle content with Vinted’s second-hand marketplace proposition.

Each local version of Live Better for Less will consist of 7 x 24-minute episodes, following individuals and families dealing with everyday challenges including clutter, limited budgets and financial goals that may appear difficult to reach.

With the support of local hosts, contributors are encouraged to reassess their habits, identify value in possessions they already own, sell and reuse unwanted items, and introduce practical lifestyle changes aimed at helping them make better use of their resources.

The format will launch in the UK, France, Germany and Spain on Prime Video, in the Netherlands on RTL 4, in Poland on TVN Style, and in Italy on Warner Bros. Discovery’s Real Time.

Local hosts include Chimène van Oosterhout in the Netherlands, Agnieszka Witkowska in Poland, Lodovica Comello in Italy, Motsi Mabuse in the UK, Riccardo Simonetti in Germany, Juan Avellaneda in Spain and Alexandre Cressiot in France.

The production is also supported by a localisation strategy developed with AI localisation provider **Adapt**. Its platform combines AI models for translation, voice generation and visual lip sync with the work of linguists and audio professionals, with the aim of adapting each edition while preserving the original performances.

Ross Brandon, Co-Founder, Electric Robin, said: “Live Better for Less represents a compelling new model for integrated brand storytelling, showcasing how premium entertainment can drive meaningful consumer engagement while delivering an efficient and scalable solution for international content production and distribution.”

Andrew Smith, Senior Brand Director, Vinted, commented:“Across Europe, most of us have asked ourselves at some point: where am I going to find the money for that? Research among our members shows that part of the answer is often already sitting at home: in drawers that haven't been opened in years, in cupboards full of things someone else could really use. Last year alone, €10.8 billion went directly back into our members' pockets through selling on Vinted. 'Live Better For Less' puts that idea into people's living rooms, and we hope it inspires them to see that choosing second-hand - whether it's clothes, electronics, or more - is simply the smart and savvy choice.”

Sam Grindey, Director, Sports and Entertainment at WPP Media, said:“Branded entertainment works best when audiences actively choose to spend time with it. Live Better for Less was designed from the outset to entertain viewers while supporting Vinted's mission of making second-hand first choice. Bringing together media, production and local market expertise from the start has enabled us to create a format that can scale internationally while still feeling locally relevant.”

Justin Beaudin, CEO Adapt, added:“Live Better for Less is a great example of how AI should be used in content localization, not to replace creative talent, but to help great stories reach more audiences. Today, we can go beyond translation alone. By combining leading AI models with experienced localization professionals we can preserve the original voice and performance while making every version feel local to its audience.”

Electric Robin specialises in branded entertainment and has previously produced projects including *Summer Unboxed with Maisie and Joel* for Boots and Channel 4, *Train-ing It with Joe Wilkinson* for Rail Delivery Group and Channel 4, *Jeremy Pang’s Hong Kong Kitchen* for Hong Kong Tourism Board and ITV, and *Dare to Defy* for Nissan and Prime Video.
