CJ ENM’s global studio FIFTH SEASON has announced that its psychological thriller series His & Hers has become the most-watched title globally on Netflix during the first half of 2026, according to the platform’s latest “What We Watched” engagement report. The series reached 104 million views worldwide, securing the #1 position in global viewing rankings for the first six months of 2026 and surpassing major Netflix titles including Bridgerton Season 4 and I Will Find You.
Starring and executive produced by Tessa Thompson alongside Jon Bernthal, His & Hers is based on Alice Feeney’s bestselling novel and features a creative team including writers William Oldroyd, Dee Johnson and Bill Dubuque.
Set in the atmospheric surroundings of Atlanta, the six-part psychological thriller follows Anna (Thompson), a former news anchor whose isolated life is disrupted when a brutal murder takes place in her hometown of Dahlonega. Determined to uncover the truth, Anna becomes involved in the investigation led by Detective Jack Harper (Bernthal), who begins questioning her every move. As the two navigate a complex web of suspicion and hidden secrets, the series explores a central question: how far would someone go when the truth is divided between two perspectives — his and hers?
“This milestone underscores FIFTH SEASON’s commitment to delivering premium, high-stakes storytelling that resonates with global audiences,” said a representative for CJ ENM. “We remain dedicated to collaborating with world-class talent and platforms to push the boundaries of creative production.”
Following the success of His & Hers, FIFTH SEASON continues to expand its production slate with new projects including feature films Hello & Paris and A Head Full of Ghosts, as well as several upcoming drama series.
