Unifrance Unveils Programme Details for 2026 Rendez-Vous in Le Havre
Unifrance will host the 32nd edition of the Unifrance Rendez-Vous in Le Havre from September 7-10, 2026, bringing together French distributors and international buyers for the leading market dedicated exclusively to French audiovisual content. Returning to the Normandy coast for a third consecutive year, the event will showcase more than 350 French programs, including around 50 exclusive screenings, alongside approximately 50 distributors representing scripted drama, animation, documentaries and performing arts content.

The market will officially open on September 7 with a cocktail reception hosted by Édouard Philippe, Mayor of Le Havre and President of Le Havre Seine Métropole, at the MuMa – Musée d'Art Moderne André Malraux. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the city. From September 8 to 10, accredited attendees will meet at Carré des Docks, where the market and video library will offer access to the latest French productions. All titles will also be available through the event’s online screening platform.

A key feature of the event will be the annual presentation of French audiovisual export figures for 2025, jointly unveiled by Unifrance and the CNC during a conference programme scheduled for September 8. Additional panels and industry discussions will be announced in the coming months.
Networking events will include an Off Screen Party at La Grande École on September 8 and a cocktail reception hosted by Hervé Morin, President of the Région Normandie, at the historic Abbaye de Montivilliers on September 9.

The market will also host a series of premium screenings at Pathé Docks Vauban cinema. Among the featured titles are documentary Beasts of the Colosseum, distributed by Balanga; period drama Swapped, distributed by France tv distribution; documentary Lady Liberty: Secrets of an Icon, distributed by Terranoa; and literary adaptation Red and Black, distributed by Wild Bunch Distribution.
According to Unifrance, the 2026 edition will feature a streamlined format and a curated selection of projects with strong international appeal, highlighting the creativity and global reach of French audiovisual production.
