ABC and Screen Australia launch the new preschool series Its Andrew!, set to premiere on Monday 1 June on ABC iview and on ABC Kids.
Set high above the clouds in a mountain-top world, the story follows Andrew, a joyful young rhino with big feelings and an even bigger imagination. Living in a unicorn world, Andrew may not fly or have sparkle magic like his friends, but he turns every problem into an opportunity through creativity, kindness, and charm. Each episode brings a new adventure driven by exploration and play, from chasing a runaway hot air balloon to rescuing his jelly dessert from a group of mischievous gnomes. The series blends humor and heart, celebrating the importance of being yourself.
Featuring the voices of Lucy Durack and Damien Garvey, the show delivers a warm and vibrant tone.
Its Andrew! is a co-production between Pirate Size Productions, Mainframe Studios, and Infinite Studios, spanning Australia, Canada, and Singapore. It was commissioned by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), in association with Societe Radio-Canada (SRC), with major investment from ABC in association with Screen Australia, and additional financing from the Canada Media Fund and Mainframe Distribution. International distribution, licensing, and merchandising are handled by Kartoon Studios.
