NEM Dubrovnik 2026 Expands Speaker Lineup With New Industry Names
NEM Dubrovnik 2026 has unveiled its second round of keynote speakers and industry experts, further strengthening this year’s programme with a broader range of perspectives from across the global TV and media landscape.

Following the initial announcement, the newly confirmed speakers add further depth to the agenda, with a full lineup of more than 80 names set to be revealed soon.

Among the latest additions are Jamie Cooke, EVP & GM Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, Turkey and Africa at Warner Bros. Discovery; Igor Draguzet, Chief Content Officer at CME; Jan Frelek, CCO at Backscreen; Jan Maxa, Director of Content and Production at FTV Prima (Czechia); Rodrigo Nascimento, Head of International Business HUB – EMEA at Globo; Jens Richter, Global CEO, Commercial & International at Fremantle; Rahela Štefanović, Editor in Chief at Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT); Peter Wassong, Head of TV Content Europe at Deutsche Telekom; Bartosz Witak, General Manager and SVP for CEE, MENA and Turkey at BBC Studios; and Cassandra Yang, CEO at RisingJoy.

The newly announced speakers join the event’s growing roster of executives who will share insights, exchange experiences and explore new opportunities across the evolving TV and content ecosystem.

Jens Richter, Global CEO, Commercial & International at Fremantle, said: “I am delighted to be part of NEM this year and to have the opportunity to deliver a keynote. It’s a privilege to join such an influential gathering of industry leaders, and we look forward to sharing our perspective and contributing to the conversations shaping the future of our sector.”

Jan Maxa, Director of Content and Production at FTV Prima, added: “I am really looking forward to coming to NEM. It’s a great place at a great time of the year, and there is always opportunity to have in-depth conversations with interesting people. It‘s good to be back!”

Igor Draguzet, Chief Content Officer at CME, said: “What gets made, and how well it's made, is ultimately what determines whether audiences stay or go. In CEE we have real creative assets: world-class local talent, formats that connect with audiences in ways imported content often doesn't, a track record that deserves to be talked about beyond the region. The challenge for all of us is backing those assets with enough conviction. That's the conversation I want to be part of at NEM.”
