Electric Entertainment has promoted Erica Small to Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs. Small, who previously served as Senior Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs, will now take on expanded responsibilities across acquisitions and company-wide legal operations.
In her new role, Small will oversee contracts related to acquisitions, while continuing to manage day-to-day business and legal affairs operations across all stages of development and production. Her remit spans Electric Entertainment’s portfolio of TV series, feature films, live events and podcasts. The announcement was made by Dean Devlin, CEO of Electric Entertainment.

As VP, Business & Legal Affairs, Small will remain lead production counsel on all of Electric’s original films and television series, handling legal matters throughout the lifecycle of each project. Her responsibilities include structuring, drafting, reviewing, revising and negotiating talent and production agreements, including rights options, acquisitions and licensing deals. She also evaluates rights and clearance issues and advises internal teams on a wide range of legal matters.
