Leading the unscripted offering is the compelling documentary series “Michael Jackson: The Trial” (4 x 1 hr), produced by Wonderhood Studios for Channel 4, UK. The forensic examination of the so-called “trial of the century” explores Michael Jackson’s relationship with the media and raises critical questions around race, fame, journalistic ethics and justice. Also featured is Story Films’ 90-minute special “The Moonies: Married to the Cult” for Prime Video, UK, which exposes the controversial religious movement through unprecedented access to insiders, including Rev. Moon’s son. Both titles are produced in association with All3Media International.
The scripted slate is led by the sleek espionage thriller “Secret Service” (5 x 1 hr), from Potboiler Productions for ITV, UK. Directed by Oscar® winner James Marsh and adapted from a novel by journalist Tom Bradby, the series stars Gemma Arterton as an MI6 officer racing to uncover whether a senior UK politician is a Russian asset. The cast includes Rafe Spall, Alex Kingston, Roger Allam and Khalid Abdalla.
Also premiering in Miami is the intimate BBC drama “Babies” (6 x 1 hr), written and directed by BAFTA winner Stefan Golaszewski and starring Paapa Essiedu and Siobhán Cullen, alongside the critically acclaimed “Trespasses,” a forbidden love story set during the Troubles in 1970s Belfast, starring Lola Petticrew, Tom Cullen and Gillian Anderson. Completing the drama slate is factual drama “I Fought the Law,” with Sheridan Smith portraying a mother’s fight to overturn an unjust law after her daughter’s murder. All dramas are produced in association with All3Media International.

Yari Torres, VP Latin America & US Hispanic at All3Media International, commented, “I’m thrilled to kick off 2026 by presenting this dynamic and diverse slate to buyers at Content Americas. The market offers a powerful opportunity not only to deepen our existing partnerships across the region, but also to connect with new clients and introduce them to our anticipated slate of upcoming releases such as Secret Service and Michael Jackson: The Trial. I’m also delighted to have star-powered, emotionally charged stories of a mother’s relentless pursuit of justice in I Fought the Law, and the sweeping, forbidden romance set against the backdrop of the Troubles in Trespasses. These are stories we believe will resonate deeply with audiences across LATAM. I also look forward to building on the proven success Rise and Fall in India—a market that closely mirrors LATAM viewing tastes—and to bring this bold reality format of survival and strategy to buyers and explore new opportunities together.”
