Eccho Rights will present new Turkish TV movies  "The Perfect Stay", "Stolen Hearts" and "The Love Game" at MIPCOM: They are all produced by Karamel Yapim, the Turkish outfit behind renowned drama series including "Redemption", "Legacy" and "The Promise."

Handan Özkubat, Director of Turkish Drama: “We have enjoyed huge success with a string of powerful drama series from Karamel Yapim, who consistently deliver relatable, emotional storytelling. These warm, fun and family-friendly movies represent a change in format, but will no less delight international audiences!”

All three movies are produced by Nazmiye Yilmaz, the scriptwriter/producer who started Karamel Yapim as an outlet for daily drama series. Since starting in 2016 Yilmaz and Karamel Yapim has produced more than 3 000 episodes of television drama.

"The Perfect Stay" is a romantic drama directed by Ayhan Özen ("Redemption"), starring Mahassıne Merabet ("Redemption") and Ali Yağcı ("Daydreamer"). After a painful divorce, Elvan (Merabet) renovates a house into a cozy guesthouse, determined to stand on her own. Next door, gruff loner Çınar (Yağcı) spends his days cutting timber, sparking a noisy standoff that turns into an unlikely friendship. When his six year old niece Balca arrives after a family tragedy, the neighbours are drawn together by responsibility and tenderness. As Elvan’s ex resurfaces and plans falter, quarrels soften into care, and two wounded souls discover a home worth staying for.

"Stolen Hearts" is a romcom starring Tolga Mendi ("New Bride") and rising star Ecem Ustaoğlu, also directed by Ayhan Özen. Street smart Ceylan survives by stealing to pay her father’s crushing gambling debt. Her next target is a rare manuscript kept by İsmet, a retired doctor with Alzheimer’s, cared for by principled photographer Ali. Mistaken for İsmet’s long absent daughter, Ceylan moves in to reach the safe, then discovers unexpected kindness and belonging. Ali suspects a secret yet feels the pull between them.

"The Love Game" stars Elçin Afacan ("Love is in the Air") and Erdem Kaynarca ("Hidden") as the romantic leads in a sweet comedy directed by Osman Taşçı ("Warrior"). After a disastrous email mishap, disciplined agency head Eren (Kaynarca) lets go free spirited Şirin (Afacan). Days later, his mother’s health scare pushes him to present a fiancée and calm the family. Looking for someone who can navigate his world and reassure his mother, Eren offers Şirin a short term arrangement that helps solve her financial pressures. Clear rules, chemistry. Şirin’s warmth wins Güzide over, and Eren’s guard slips. When truth and past mistakes surface, pretend promises risk becoming the real thing.
