Former Paramount Global executive Roxanne Pompa has joined Diamond Moving Pictures, the newly formed Los Angeles-based studio making waves in the international scripted formats arena. She steps into the role of Global Head of International Formats & Distribution following an impressive 18-year career at Paramount, which concluded last year.

Founded by Emmy-nominated showrunner Bill Diamond (Nikki, Murphy Brown, BBC’s My Family) and IP and marketing strategist Sheri Kelton (Everybody Loves Raymond, Curb Your Enthusiasm, I’m Dying Up Here), Diamond Moving Pictures positions itself as a creator-led powerhouse, committed to developing and distributing writer-driven content for audiences worldwide.

The studio’s portfolio already boasts 18 proven international TV formats—including several from Europe—and six feature films primed for multi-territory remakes. All titles are offered with full and flexible rights, spanning digital and ancillary markets, enabling buyers to secure complete packages from a single source. Alongside its existing catalog, the company is building an original slate of comedies, dramas, and features.

Pompa brings deep expertise in global television markets and format sales. Over her career, she has built a reputation for spotting high-potential properties and successfully adapting them for local audiences. Notably, she played a key role in revitalizing the Italian version of the iconic game show La Ruota della Fortuna (Wheel of Fortune).
