Netflix launches on February 15 a new period drama, titled The Law According to Lidia Poët inspired by true story of Italy's first female lawyer.
The series is produced by Groenlandia, created by Guido Luculano and Davide Orsini and it's the story of Lidia Poet, a young woman with the ambition and talent to became the best female lawyer in Italy. Living in a age like 1800s in Turin, was not easy for a woman to work for the discriminations of the Association of lawers.
The 6-episode series is available worldwide. Starring Matilda De Angelis who plays the role of Lidia, with Eduardo Scarpetta, Sara Lazzaro, Nicolo Pasetti, Dario Aita, Mia McGovern Zaini, Riccardo Leto.
