The documentary tells real stories, two belonging to the prison reality of Bollate and two focused on vicissitudes of marginalization and exclusion.
The point of departure is Cisco Networking Academy, that since 2000 have represented a virtuous and consolidated reality within the Bollate prison and other Italian penal institutions-including Rebibbia and Regina Coeli in Rome, the Beccaria juvenile in Milan, and Secondigliano in Naples-and whose official data tell of more than 1,000 inmates trained in 20 years, many of whom now work in the ICT sector, with a recidivism rate of zero.
