Story of a respectable family (tr.) is directed by Stefano Reali and written by Mauro Casiraghi and Eleonora Fiorini, and produced by March 11 Film (Matteo Levi). The series tells the years 1985-1992 through the eyes of Maria, the youngest child of a fishing family from Bari, a lively girl with an insolent way of doing that earned her nickname of Malacarne.
