Insight TV, the leading millennial-focused global channel today announces it has commissioned a long form version of new lifestyle series The Garms Dealer, alongside the UK’s Channel 4, which has commissioned a short form version of the series for social media. ‘The Garms Dealer’ follows a young fashion guru as he dresses some of the English Football Premier League’s top players.
The Garms Dealer is being produced by Zig Zag Productions (‘Raise Your Game with Gareth Southgate’, ‘The Next Jamie Vardy’, ‘Ultimate Goal’). A long form version of the series will premiere on Insight TV internationally this summer, whilst a short form version will be available exclusively on social media across C4’s social platforms globally, and on All 4 in the UK.
The new series (5 x 22’ Insight TV, 5 x 8-10’ C4), is fronted by 20-year-old Sam Morgan, aka The Garms Dealer, who will join a series of international Premier League superstars to talk all things football and fashion - before hunting down the best ‘garms’ and ‘creps’ for his celebrity clients.
With a client list that ranges from Dele Alli to Paul Pogba to Kevin De Bruyne, this personal shopper to the stars will take us through some of his favourite threads and how and why he loves expressing himself through fashion, while also giving tips and tricks to help keep viewers up to date with the latest styles.
Executive Producers for the show are Daniel Riley, Danny Fenton, Matt Graff (Zig Zag) and Arun Maljaars (Insight TV).
