SAT.1 in Germany has announced that the seventh series of Married at First Sight, produced by Redseven Entertainment, will premiere November 4, 2020 at 8:15 pm.
The new season will premiere with a wedding special, which will see two participants, who have never seen each other before, get married live on air.
Season 7 of Married at First Sight Germany will follow 12 singles across eight episodes. Relationship experts including psychoanalyst Dr. Sandra Köhldorfer, couple and sex therapist Beate Quinn and certified psychologist Markus Ernst will match the couples, and support them throughout the series – until they face the final decision of whether to stay together, or divorce.
Married at First Sight Season 6 scored high ratings, with a 15.2% market share among 14- to 49-year-old viewers for SAT.1.
Married at First Sight is a format created by Snowman Productions and is distributed by Red Arrow Studios International. The show is in production in over 29 countries including the US, UK, Australia and Denmark.
