Sky Italia officially launched Sky Wifi today
With today’s conference, June 16 2020, Sky Italia will officially present its fiber offer on the Italian market: Sky Wifi will be available in 26 cities.

The purpose of the company, also stated by his CEO Maximo Ibarra, a veteran in the telecommunications sector in Italy, is to reach the fiber market with an approach based on the convergence and aggregation of different offers.

With today’s press release, Sky has announced that its Sky Wifi will be available today in 26 Italian cities and large municipalities, or Ancona, Bari, Bologna, Brescia, Bresso, Cagliari, Catania, Cinisello Balsamo, Florence, Genoa, Messina, Milan, Modugno, Monza, Naples, Padua, Palermo, Pavia, Perugia, Pescara, Selargius, Sesto San Giovanni, Sondrio , Turin, Varese, Venice.

Sky Wifi offers 3 different solutions presented without constraints and without hidden costs. The first is the offer Smart with fiber connection, Sky Wifi Hub is Sky Wifi App at a list price of 29.90 euros per month and an activation fee of 49 euros one-off. The voice service is instead on consumption.

The second solution is called Ultra and offers the possibility of covering the entire home with the Sky Wifi Pod mesh network and has a list price of 32.90 euros per month with an activation fee of 99 euros one-off. The offer is recommended for a house over 100 square meters that needs diffuse coverage.

Finally, the Ultra Plus offers the previous solution, the Ultra, with unlimited national calls to landlines and mobiles at the list price of 37.90 euros per month and an activation cost of 99 euros once.

As Ibarra points out, customers who wish to can add and remove options (for example calls from the Smart offer) easily and free of charge.

Sky customers can access one of the proposals in the 26 cities available today, June 16, 2020. For these customers, Sky offers the first 3 months free of the monthly plan with a zero activation cost for the Smart and equal to 50 euros for the Ultra and Ultra Plus offers
