Il Gusto di Sapere will open the doors of Garum - the museum and library of cuisine located in Rome. A precious centre that held prestigious ancient volumes about the evolution of Italian cuisine. In each episode, Rossano Boscolo meets friends and young chefs with the aim to find stories from the books.
The show is also enriched by the participation of some artists from the International School of Comics in Naples. The 18 artists will interpret the stories with different techniques.
