Aldo Dalla Vecchia presents his new book as a tribute to Mina's anniversary
Mina for beginners: Aldo Dalla Vecchia tells, in a timely and without frills, "the life, the voice, the art of an outstanding star".

On Mina's 80th anniversary (25 March 2020), Aldo Dalla Vecchia, a journalist and long-time television author, dedicates an intensive and passionate tribute to a woman, already defined by Louis Armstrong "the greatest white singer in the world".

Mina for beginners is a portrait of her life, triumphs, records, through an unusual perspective: not a Bible for fans, nor a gossip biograph, but her simple story, enriched with unexpected testimonies (from Mario Soldati to Luchino Visconti), of an extraordinary existence, a unique voice, an unrepeatable career. Because for millions of people Mina's voice is the soundtrack of our country.

Tre introduction of the book is written by Cristiano Malgioglio, who wrote some of the most beautiful songs for Mina, like L’importante è finire and Ancora ancora ancora. The volume ends with a "Minapedia" which tells the story of all activities: Mina in Charts, Mina on TV, Mina in concert, Mina in the cinema, Mina testimonial, Mina journalist, Mina & fashion, Mina social.
