British film and TV forum the Royal Television Society (RTS) has revealed the winners of its 2019 Craft & Design Awards, including several unscripted and factual titles.
The awards aim to recognize the variety of skills and processes involved in program production, spanning 30 categories in total.
“We are constantly inspired and impressed with the incredible talent on display in our industry, and we are proud to honor the crafts people who make these shows possible – dedicating their time, energy and creativity to make some of the most impactful programming of the past year,” said Lee Connolly, chair of the Craft & Design Awards, in a statement.
The awards ceremony was held at the London Hilton, Park Lane, and hosted by political comedian Ahir Shah last night (Nov. 25).
The non-fiction winners are listed below, with credits provided by the Royal Television Society.
Director – Documentary/Factual & Non Drama
Wendie Otteweil, David Harewood: Psychosis and Me, Films Of Record for BBC2.
