New crime series Io Ti Cercherò (8x50' - "I will look for you") is filming in Rome. Written by Leonardo Fasoli, Maddalena Ravagli and Massimo Bavastro, a Rai Fiction-Publispei co-production, produced by Verdiana Bixio. The series will be broadcast soon on Rai1.
 
The protagonists of the series directed by Gianluca Maria Tavarelli are Alessandro Gassman - as Valerio, a former policeman who follows an unofficial investigation into the death of his son - and Maya Sansa who plays Sara, an ex colleague of Valerio.

In an unknown Rome, the investigation into the death of his son Ettore (Luigi Fedele), represents for Valerio the last chance to recover a bond with that boy he hadn't seen for years, facing the ghosts of the past and too many mistakes that have pushed them away. A suspicious death - that of Ettore - archived as a suicide but that according to Valerio hides something shady. In the cast also Andrea Sartoretti in the role of Gianni, brother of Valerio, and Zoe Tavarelli, in the guise of Martina, girlfriend of Ettore, who accompanies Valerio in the painful journey to rediscover the child and to search for the truth.
