Rai1 miniseries Il Confine closed with 3.7m viewers
On Wednesday, May 16 Rai1 broadcast the final episode of miniseries Il Confine that won prime time slot with 3.732.000 viewers and an audience share of 16.3%. The miniseries is focused on the celebration of the centenary of the First World War. A story about the tragedy of war, which saw on opposite fronts friends and even relatives, but also on the ideals and feelings of a generation a little more than an adolescent overwhelmed by calls to the front. Produced by Pay Per Moon and directed by Carlo Carlei. Starring Caterina Shulha, Filippo Scicchitano and Alan Cappelli Goetz.

In the same slot competitor Canale5 broadcast the movie 27 volte in bianco (27 Dresses) that recorded 2.148.000 viewers and an audience share of 10.1%.

Rai2 premiered new musical game show Scanzonissima that achieved 1.265.000 viewers and an audience share of 5.4%. This is the local adaptation of British format Sing if you can, distributed by Zodiak Media. The series hosted by Gigi & Ross sees celebrities attempting to sing in front of a live studio audience whilst various attempts are made to disrupt their performances. Produced by Non Panic.

On Italia1 the talk show Le Iene show recorded 1.910.000 viewers (10.4% of share); while on Rai3 the talk show Chi l'ha visto? achieved 2.316.000 viewers and an audience share of 10.8%.

On FoxLife/+1 the 3rd episode of factual entertainment 4 Mamme recorded over 50k viewers (0.1% of share). Hosted by Georgia Luzi and Flavio Montrucchio with family coach Roberta Cavallo. Produced by Dry Media.
